I am a little puzzled here. No matter that many have made sPacking to leave in the am. Thing u can bring. Light blanket, pillow, towel, cooler with food u want, flashlite, helmet. Whatever else u like. Plan to be at Stone Mtn if that changes I'll let u know. uggestions of how you can adapt your truck to welcome a Truck Camper, you remain steadfast on the New Truck option. Others have offered that removing the current bed and replacing it with either an inexpensive truck bed or flat bed, which in fact will accommodate towing of your exiting "Fiver." We would enjoy helping you with adding a Truck Camper to your RV fleet, without purchasing a new truck. But, you continue to mention the new truck. Is it you really want a new truck, or information to show that you should just stay with what you have?
Seems like you would come out with nothing out of your pocket, by selling the current bed, use the proceeds with purchasing a replacement bed that will work with both a truck camper and 5th Wheel, with money left over. It just seems we saved you spending $60,000. You are welcome! To me that is a win win situation!

You know you may be correct. (LOL) I've thought about selling my truck and my car and buying a new F350 because the mileage and ride are so much better but I'm trying to be smart about this. Thanks again to everyone for your help. I need to think this thru and do more research.
