I think you'd be happy with either. They are both amazing trucks but the F450 will be slightly better in the ride, fuel economy and turning radius. The Powerstroke will have considerably better power. The Ram might have a nicer interior and possibly a stronger exhaust brake .... however the 10 speed of the Ford will probably make up for any shortfall it might have with the exhaust brake.
