If we're talking 2020 models I'd probably lean toward a GM to avoid that CP4, but that may not be the most rational concern and either one would likely serve you well. I like the greater simplicity of the Cummins but the wide track front on the F450 would be nice for the turning radius. While Chrysler's reputation is a bit spotty, I'm at about 67k miles on my '15 Cummins and I've had a failed water pump and now an NOX sensor on order that I need to replace. The water pump pissed me off at the time but that's been addressed and the NOX sensor isn't that big of a deal, so overall I'd say it's not been too shabby and it's been a really nice truck.
