All dealerships answer to a Manufacturers Customer Service Representative for the region. The dealer, if you ask has to give you the name and number for this representative.
My truck had a power steering issue that the dealer was unable to resolve. They called the rep and he arranged for the power steering unit to be sent to Bosch. Bosch was unable to solve the problem. The same problem happened with every unit they tried. It's basically a noise that sounds like you are out of fluid. It's not loud and I have a written document for a free replacement if the unit goes bad while I have the truck.
