Yesterday I asked only if others had the wrong size tanks on their vehicles, as I wonder if it is a common mistake by mfgrs. I only had ONE poster who answered that, for which I am thankful.
Most of the posters implied that I am being stupid or picky. (not)
Some called the dealer stupid. (not)
Some thought I should be paying the dealer for checking this. (warranty)
A couple of you referred to the bar code, of which mine does NOT even have. (they checked for that)
Then some argued with each other about measuring the tank and how easy that would be. (they did that)
Several kept asking what brand the truck is. (irrelevant)
A couple of you talked about axle ratios. (irrelevant)
Some assumed it was a Chevy. (why?)
