With the distance of 1800-1900 miles, you could budget for the drive time to be around 38 hrs. with perfect weather. It will be more if you have kids. How you divide that up or interrupt it with side trips will be your own decision.
As a previous poster mentioned, when trying to get miles under you, it's an efficient way to drive into the wee hours. You don't want to put yourself into a safety issue regarding sleep but if you can drive through the night while all the other passengers sleep, you can rip off big chunks of mileage. I've chosen to drive like that when going to destinations that are farther away. There is less traffic and the miles accumulate quickly. If you drove from 7:00PM to 7:00 AM, you could make 600 mi. You could park the trailer, let the kids and Mom unwind, and wake in the afternoon for another round.
If you do try the Nocturnal Express method, you want to make sure your rig is in good condition and have adequate preparation for flats and such. If in the right location, I can probably change a flat quicker than some folks can find the phone number to call road side assistance.
