They are not on sale yet, but there are definitely some pre-production models driving around, probably to allow aftermarket development. Otherwise all the normal commercial up-fit stuff would lag behind the official release, and that would slow sales. I would not be surprised at all if the larger commercial dealers get early-release demo-vans.
