fan runs when in furnace mode
Please excuse my technical descriptions! I am running my furnace at a set temp. The heat does indeed kick on and off as it should. The problem is the ducted ac outlets blow when furnace is not heating...

Yep.....fan in auto mode (fan control on T-stat is for A/C fan ONLY)
OR your crappy t-stat is bad-shorted
Easily replaced with a $20 digital battery operated Hunter T-stat from Walmart
