Fantastic Fan 7350(6600) or Maxxfan deluxe????

my current TT is very stuffy at night, and im looking to have some kind of fan installed in the existing vent. Im in upstate NY so I hate to waste the AC all night long as it can get cool up here, but...

In my case rain, or sleet, or snow does not stop either of my 2 Fantastic Fans, and one has the rain sensor. On the other hand l have a much smaller 'bump' on my roof to increase aerodynamic drag (not that the reduction counts for much).
