Fantastic Fan Installs... any words of wisdom?

I searched the forums, watched 10,023.15 videos... seems straight forward. Are there any last minute pointers. This is going on a brand new roof. New trailer. I've had the thing 3 days... lol D...

I did the same thing on our then new TT. The worst part is getting the old sealant off the orig. skylight.
Otherwise it's very straight forward but I would not use the cheesy foam gasket that comes with it. it's just one more thing to fail.
Mine have been in nearly 10 years and have worked great and never leaked.
