Fantastic Fan Installs... any words of wisdom?

I searched the forums, watched 10,023.15 videos... seems straight forward. Are there any last minute pointers. This is going on a brand new roof. New trailer. I've had the thing 3 days... lol D...

Pretty straightforward mod with removal of old sealant the most tasking part of the process. Just take your time with that phase and don't fret if you don't get every bit of the old sealant off. I installed a couple (bedroom & main room) of vent fans and 4 vent covers just after purchasing our TT 6 years ago and they have been performing well.
