Fantastic Fan Installs... any words of wisdom?

I did one on Tuesday, used butyl tape instead of that foam junk. Easy peasy, just keep the hinge facing the front of your rig. Cutting the dumb trim ring was by far the hardest part, a jigsaw would have been nice.
