Fantastic Fan Installs... any words of wisdom?

I searched the forums, watched 10,023.15 videos... seems straight forward. Are there any last minute pointers. This is going on a brand new roof. New trailer. I've had the thing 3 days... lol D...

Someone also makes an insert like a fantastic fan that fits into your existing vent. Probably not quite as nice but much cheaper and you do not have to take out the old vent. You just take out the inside guts and replace.
