Fantastic Fan Installs... any words of wisdom?

I searched the forums, watched 10,023.15 videos... seems straight forward. Are there any last minute pointers. This is going on a brand new roof. New trailer. I've had the thing 3 days... lol D...

I have a vortex.. its going in the bathroom. They are a tad noisy to sleep with on... but they move air!! perfect for intermittent use in the bathroom!
