Fantastic Fan Installs... any words of wisdom?

I searched the forums, watched 10,023.15 videos... seems straight forward. Are there any last minute pointers. This is going on a brand new roof. New trailer. I've had the thing 3 days... lol D...

Replacing anything on the roof is 98% prep work, 2% instant gratification. I used the tape under the cover, and far more dicor then needed on top of the seam, and screws. This is a good time to put a vent cover on top while you are up there. It keeps the rain out of the vent if it is open. I have them on both of my power vents.
