Fantastic Fan Installs... any words of wisdom?

I searched the forums, watched 10,023.15 videos... seems straight forward. Are there any last minute pointers. This is going on a brand new roof. New trailer. I've had the thing 3 days... lol D...

I have a vortex for the bathroom. It's installed and done with. It's noisy. Not adequate for sleeping, especially for the kids bunk house. The fantastic fan merely replaces the entire vent.. I'm a very handy guy. My last trailer had a epdm roof. I'm very familiar with that product, sealants, coatings.

I just don't want to frig it up.
