Does your fan have a 3 position switch for speed or a knob that controls the speed?
If it is the latter it is a Surflo fan. It has no fuse... The Fantastic fan does and is accessible from inside the camper and is part of the fan housing with the switches.

Need to see if 12 vdc is avail to the fan. The motor could have shorted out and blew the fuse but unlikely. Need to check your 12 vdc fuse panels for a blown fuse if there is no 12vdc at the switches.
