After six months of waiting for my replacement cylinders I called them (finally got through) and they agreed it was a long time to wait and sent replacements. They sent two: one for the dead bolt and one for the regular lock. The dead bolt cylinder came out as instructed, but the other one refused to come out. I followed the instructions but had no luck. I called them but they said I should be with the trailer when I call (my work hours coincide with theirs). Anyone else have any issues with getting the old cylinders out?
