Fastgun locks stuck

So I'm loading the camper on the truck in preparation for leaving Tuesday, and 2 of my fastgun locks won't come off. One came right off, another I don't use because I'd have to unlock it every time I got fuel, but 2 are stuck. The key felt like it did not want to go in so I put a few drops of light oil in each and worked the key in and out several times. It now goes in somewhat easier but won't turn when inserted. I'm going to continue trying to get some lubricant in there and hope but anyone got any suggestions? It's looking like tomorrow I'll either try to find a locksmith or get a new cutting wheel for the Dremel...

    Well.... How about use the right key? :)

    The fact one worked just fine with the wrong key is what threw me. Apparently I had misinserted it just right.

    Sounds like a warranty issue to me. Does the owner have a lifetime warranty like the Torklift parts?

    In this case it was a firmware problem. I flashed an update and it seems okay now.

    Enabling parity checks on your memory banks helps with accuracy with your willing to take the performance hit.

    Same issue with me after driving across the Alaska Highway's dusty road construction spots.

    I liberally applied WD-40 and followed up with several bursts of compressed air. Next time I inserted and turned key, lock popped open like normal.

    Problem with parity bits is there's a 1 in 9 chance the error is actually the parity bit itself and you'd have good data without it, assuming it's byte level parity and not word level. Access times have been slowing lately as it is. I'd rather live with the occasional flaky bit as opposed to adding to the time between walking into a room and remembering why.
