Don't overthink and just get new tires.
Last 2 sets of trailer tires have been Kenda Karriers.
One set is going on 6 years old on my 32' enclosed trailer. It sits outside 365 days a year, so far so good. No cracking or deterioration apparent.
Other set is 3 or 4 years old, on boat trailer.
Both the boat and enclosed trailer are similar weight to your TT. Boat is a 6klb trailer on C tires. Sled trailer is 7klb trailer on D tires. Both 14"
