As I've said, if you can get by with a DRW-dually, buy one. I drove a SRW for years with the same camper, so it is doable and I felt safe with 19.5 G tires. I traded because my truck was no longer my daily driver since even the SRW was too big for where I needed to park at work.
I have to say even on an extended trip with the DRW, I was under GVWR even with extra water and gear. That was a good thing. I always made sure I had the minimum before, so in that respect, it's cool to not have to worry any more.
