Just an update to my post: I week before I was to drop off my Mega cab to do the long bed conversion, they called and told me they shut their doors. I ordered my camper already and it was at the dealer waiting to be picked up. So I ended up buying a new CC Ram 3500, which worked out well as I found out my other truck have the spacers on the rear wheels and would not fit through the camper jacks. I would have been really upset if I had to buy new rims and tires as well.
Ended up picking up a new WR250R as well, good little bike. The front hitch and rack were purchased off Amazon. Overall very happy how it turned out, thanks to everyone for the advice. http://imgur.com/EL6nhnd
