A few months ago had my front rotors turned and new pads put on at the dealership for $160. Did he itemize the charges? How much was parts and how much was labor?
I always get a quote before the work is done. My regular mechanic gets my rigs when they are out of warranty. When I picked up my wife's car a few years back the invoice listed two new rotors - N/C. I asked how come there was no charge and he said he had not thought it would need them so he did include them in the quote. I offered to pay and he turned me down. Anyway, for this and many other reasons he has earned my loyalty.
Good luck,
Stu
