To have someone do the work does not sound too unreasonable. What seems to have been missed was the OP had the "Parking brake pads" replaced. The parking brake pad is a horseshoe shaped pad that is mounted behind the hub and presses on the inside of the rotor like a drum. Complete removal of all rear brake parts is required to access this pad. X2 So most of this bill is labor and parts.
