Sounds like the OP has his answer:
Two hours labor - $250
Four new rotors - $156
Total with new rotors - $406 plus the price of pads and any misc hardware
Resurfaced rotors - $40
Total with resurfaced rotors - $290 plus pads and any misc hardware
Opinions vary on using resurfaced rotors. I have my opinion on that but I'll keep it to myself since it's my job to stop my rig and it's your job to stop your rig.
I will say that new pads should always be included in a brake job.
