So now add the price of the EB shoes he had replaced and the labor to do so. If your going to try to price something, get it right or its of no use to anyone.
The price is for what the OP stated. Turned front rotors and new Ebrake pads. $140 for NEW rotors, $80 for new shoes, and $100 is more than enough for labour to do the work. Show me where it is wrong??
