Maybe that's why the OP feels ripped off. He found a shop that cuts in microns and they took off one micron at a time and it took 500 passes to do the job. :B
Or to put it another way. Cigarette smoke is about 1 micron. Or to put it another way, this >.< period is about 600 microns!!!!!

OP, I just had Less do a brake job on a company Ranger pickup. I think it was $430 bucks for the front. I could have done this for less than $75 bucks and a 1/2 hour time. This is why I do my own brakes.
