Head to the front. Getting in bed feet first might be interesting.

Head. Cuz that is where my pillow is.

Head to the front for me. I'm 6'3" and like to keep my pillow trapped on the bed and room for my feet to overhang the end of the bed if needed. Getting down from the cabover head first would be a challenge for my old body :-)
