Fiat-Chrysler caught cheating on diesel emmissions

As I've said before, I think we just need to be smart with regulations. We've ruined gas by adding ethanol which doesn't help the environment and we've ruined diesel engines with all the emissions technology that reduces their efficiency and reliability. I'd like to know how much extra diesel my truck will use over its lifetime due to these new standards.
