Carry a set of fresh water containers of your choice in the back of your TV for collecting water and you won't have to lift anything. Back at the trailer use a 12 vdc pump, again of your choice, to pump that water from the containers into your trailer's FW holding tank via the FW gravity fill.

Collecting water one container at a time using a wheeled luggage cart as suggested earlier works but trust me, having to make repeat trips to the campground water supply gets old really quickly. - 2oldmanExplorer IIYou can lift containers, but it's unlikely you'll be getting 50 gallons that way.
- Campfire_TimeExplorerGet one of these from a rummage sale. Use bungee cords to strap down one of these. And mount one of these to a board, and get it hooked up to some plastic water hoses. Make a 12 volt connection somewhere on your trailer that you can hook up the pump with alligator clips to run it. Mount an on/off switch to the board and your good to go.
My dad did this years ago and never has to lift anything. Easy peasy. - korbeExplorerI will take a few trips to the spigot with my 6-gal green container with spout (from Walmart) where the spout fits into the fill hole.
