OK,.. Another consideration!! Great Plan! Before you do the concrete floor, have you considered a radiant heated floor? I just insulated and plumbed mine with pink board insulation and a oxygen type barrier hose. There is a lot of research as to know how it is done but to keep things warm or at least above freezing, you should consider. Even if you didn't do it right away, a least the tubing is there in the concrete.
