Thanks for the suggestions guys. I probably will make the door opening 14' after all, I had sorta forgotten about the possibility of replacing my camper, and ending up with an even taller one. Too many other things to think about, I guess. Since most of the TC's I like these days have a basement, I could easily end up needing 13' of clearance.
I'll have to do some research on the floor heat. It sounds interesting. I had just been thinking I'd put a wood or pellet stove in the RV bay (already have one in the house).
I just spent all day today tending two huge bonfires. Had to burn up all the brush created by cutting the trees down. I'm pooped!
