For the lower bay, do you have a 30 or 50 amp plug for the camper? Also, did you install a septic drain in case you want to drain the camper when you have it parked in the bay?
I'm going to have a 30 amp plug in the lower bay, and on the front face of the upper bay between the garage doors. I don't believe I'll ever have a need for an RV 50 amp plug, and the length (30' inside) of the lower bay makes it unlikely anyone else will either. But, there's going to be a sub-panel in the new garage somewhere, so if it's needed later it can be added. The location and access issues of my property wouldn't be a good fit for the owner of a big class-A or a long trailer.
I've put a septic drain line in, but unfortunately it can't be in the lower bay. The septic tank is uphill from the lower bay, and we all all know that stuff don't run uphill. :B
The sewer "clean-out" plug will have to be in the apron slab in front of the upper bay garage doors. I also won't be able to connect it to the "in" side of the septic tank line right away because my red storage building is sitting right on top of it. That'll have to wait until after I move it away from the house.
I'm also going to have a garden hose faucet inside the lower bay so I don't have to run a hose outside to fill with. There's already a convenient faucet close to the upper bay garage doors, so I won't need to add another there.
