Value to your home will go up quite substantualy...does it effect your property taxes at all and how much would it increase based on the investment, do you know?... You don't have to say but,.....I have been building a house for some years now and did it outside in.... The whole house is built but unfinished inside. As I get closer to done with it, my tax man comes to visit me like the tooth fariy...only I owe more each year...go figure! I'm going to go RV full time..my goal eventually. This will be a awesome adventure in design and change as you go... you will look back on it and say it was worth it!!
