I'm curious (as always)
I see the round vent in the end of the 2X garage... what are your plans for it?
If you are going to eventually heat the garage area ....will you put in a ceiling (or attic floor)... or rig some way to close the vent?
I lived for the first 51 years of my life without central air conditioning in my homes. We/I had a thermostatically controlled 40" X 40" exhaust fan in the attic... we opened and clossed the attic access door to "regulate" how much air was pulled into the house through the windows. The fan itself had shutters that closed when the fan wasn't blowing. We used it 8 months a year here in the south.
In winter the shutters were closed and the attic access door was closed.
It appears that you have plenty of room for a ceiling fan or two above your T Birds or your TC.
