Have you tried pulling forward into the driveway extension? That way you only need to change from forward to reverse one time, have much less distance to travel and the best part is you get to back toward the driver's side when turning which is much easier.
What a great feeling to store it away out if the elements, isn't it? Ours has been spoiled since day one with an insulated, heated shop.
Oh, and are you sure the door is big enough? It looked like a tight squeeze backing In there. ;):B
