Finished painting the stairs.
Two coats of spar-urethane, sanded between coats. Then masked off the treads for a single coat of non-skid.

All done. Masking tape removed!

The grit/urethane mix was applied with a 3" trim roller.

Even the treated posts look good!

I'm trying to engage a plumber now to bring a water and natural gas line into the garage so I can close up the ceilings.
