I'm a firm believer in not using any chemicals on tires. Not sure if the Aerospace 303 would cause an issue, but I seem to have decent luck not using any tire chemicals.
I would agree about Maxxis as a company though. I don't have my TT shoed with Maxxis but I have been using Maxxis tires on my mountain bikes for years and also have them on my Grizzly ATV and they are tops for traction and longevity.
