I'm going to try the new Carlisle next, but so far Les is replacing my current Towmax as needed, on warranty. One complete set so far.
Had a set of the 215/75/14 RH's on our last trailer, and trailer before that the model Carlisle had just before the RH model. Both sets eemed to do the job. Though total trailer weight (last trailer) was about 7200lbs, around 950lbs tw, so we were over the 80% suggestion of the tire rating. Travelled 65-68mph on the e-way, covered when stored for longer than a couple weeks, ran 50psi in them, stored on treated 2x's. Never noticed any issues in the 2yrs (had each for 2yrs) for either set we owned them.
I plan on buying again to replace our D tires with E's for the new 32.
Just not sure I will buy the RH's again, or the new tire Carlisle is suppose to have coming out in the spring. Not a lot of change, lower rolling resistance, same speed and weight ratings, etc. sounds like it may channel water a little better with a new tread design as well. Similar pricing to the RH's.
Still will consider Maxxiss, but I believe care and loaded weight has more to do with issues.
I wonder if enough of us complained to the NHTSA about trailer tires, maybe something would be done.
