One of the better stud finders will probably locate the framing. Primetime states a 2" stud on 16" center so if you can locate a screw in the wall, nearby studs can be found by measuring from that fastener.
FWIW, I use an antenna on a mast. The mast fits into a mast bracket attached to the side wall of my trailer. I haven't had any issues with the bracket and sometimes leave the antenna up for months while in storage. The bracket is attached using larger screws, fastened through the aluminum siding and into the wood stud.
