First camping trip sceduled for March 8th

March 8 is a good time to go. The time changes and you get an extra hour of camping.

I wanted to go in March, but it's not looking good as we have had something unexpected come up. Looks like I'll be waiting till April. Probably second week. I haven't started counting yet as it will just aggravate me more. lol I'm jealous of all of you going in March. :P

We are off to Florida on March 12th and are so ready to leave the frozen North. Today the temps got above freezing. It was like being in FL already as most of January was below 0.

LOL, the great part about the south is we get to fish and camp all year. We do get some cooler temps on occasion but not usually enough to keep us away. We were in Charleston SC January 1st, and gone March 14-23. We have trips already booked thru August

No RVing in ND for awhile. Still under the curse of subzero temps for highs. Normal high for this time of the year is around 30. Begining of March will be month number 4 of Polar air to dominate North Dakota. NWS says the current thinking has March unseasonably cold then warming up to normal in April. Can't wait for the first trip. This has been an exceptionaly long winter.

I saw a robin yesterday so I know that spring is really coming. Good for you for getting out already. We still have a few months around here but I'm still dreaming of the first camp out of the season.

we are opening our season the same weekend at sycamore lodge in NC.

We're out for the second weekend in May. 75 days sounds like soooo long, LOL.

Good on ya! Ha. We can't go till late April... 60 days and counting for us. Not that I'm counting! Have fun.
