50 mph average speed according to the miles on the trip and running time noted as well. I've had up to 22mpg on a tank with average speed in the thirties. Check out my fuelly account by clicking on my truck below. I add average speed to all my fuel posts.
Fuelly accounts are not scientific. All they consist of are figures that you enter. Is there a cumulative since last reset on your onboard computer? My diesel has a cumulative readout in the instrument cluster that can go back to day 1 when the mileage was 0, unless you reset it. There's no romancing the numbers then. It includes everything including an hourmeter. There's always a way to make your truck look better than it is cumulatively speaking, with a snapshot. That's where hairbending 50 mpg figures come from on vehicles that never return over 30 mpg average.
