Ok let me clarify since there is some assumptions being made on average speed. The trip I took the picture consisted of driving to and from our deer camp which is ~96 miles driving on I10 at a speed between 70-75 mph. On the way there I stopped at a local feed store to pick up 450lbs of corn which the truck idled for maybe ~10 minutes and the balance of the miles was from driving very slow down a very muddy road and again some idling to open/close several gates at the deer camp. The previous trip which was very similar yielded slightly higher at a little over 21mpg, but this particular trip my truck performed a regen so with only ~100 miles it knocked the average fuel economy down.
The purpose of my stated fuel economy was directed towards my trucks fuel economy running on winter blend diesel which was relevant to this thread and the picture was a result from Ian who attempted to call me out by telling fish stories. :W
