Probably need more weight at the front of the trailer, less weight to the rear, and a good sway controlling hitch. Equal-I-zer, Reese dual cam, Blue Ox Swaypro, etc.
Also, ensure that your tires on both rigs are fully inflated to their max per side wall. That was the magic bullet for my last truck. The P rated tires were inflated to the typical 32-35 PSI by the tire shop, resulting lots of sway. When I boosted them to their 44 PSI max, the trailer behaved very well. Total change.
