Do you have auto leveling on your tow vehicle? Could be your dealer set it up with auto level off then when you started it up the truck leveled by raising the rear end. This would reduce the effectiveness of your weight distribution set up, maybe completely. It would harden your rear axle to the truck acting as a fulcrum thereby unloading your front tires.
Just because a dealer installed a WDH doesn't mean it was done correctly. I suggest you get a tape and pour over the instructions to make sure it is dialed in per the manufacturer. There are better anti-sway set-ups than the one you have. If going back to Camping World for a return I suggest the Reese SC WDH with anti-sway incorporated.
