DH almost always uses the camper shower; I almost always use the one in the campground. In other words, that comes down to personal preference and where you are likely to camp. If you are going to dry camp or stay in national forest CGs, etc. and don't like waiting to shower for a few days, you'll want a shower in the camper.
As for wet vs dry showers - wet isn't bad, and certainly saves space, BUT you have to remember to put the toilet paper, towels, etc. away - anything you don't want to get wet! Kind of a pain, but it's do-able.
We do the same, wife uses the shower in the TT, I use the cg shower if available. We bought with a dry bath for the reasons listed above.
You'll probably hear a lot of you can't tow anything with a trail blazer. While not the most capable tow vehicle in the world, a 3500# trailer is no problem for it. I tow a 3500# TT with an Envoy and have no problems. I've towed thousands of miles across all kinds of terrain. Keeping it in third gear I get a steady 12.5 mpg towing. I installed a secondary trans cooler, heavy duty Bilstein shocks and use a WD hitch.
