First-time RVer: new vs used?

I would suggest that you look at new trailers together to decide what is important to you in a floor plan. Once you decide what you like, start looking for a used trailer that meets your needs. I would only buy new if you wil be getting a lot of yearly use out of your trailer or plan to keep it a long time. Many first time buyers discovered the first trailer they buy doesn't work for them.

If you find you like something used, have an independant RV tech check it over for you. It is money well spent. You can find used trailers on craig list or at dealers.
