First time using TT as a lifeboat: it has A/C, house doesn't

Len, I hate to tell you this, but Hermosa to Whittier is now more like an hour each way, except in the middle of the night. Traffic times have almost doubled in the last twenty years.

Right now, at almost 9 pm, it is a 50 minute drive according to Google Maps.

But the weather is usually very nice.
