Same....mine is always loaded and ready to go in the summer.
However it was so hot here that I had to run my AC so that it wouldn't all melt!!
I store my TT at home and it is also ready to go if I need it. In the winter I would have not running water but, I have a port a potti that I keep in it. I also have some gallon jugs full of water ready to go. My canned, camper, food it in a tote ready to go in a moments notice.
I am set up good enough to "bug out" at home. I have to be. I live far from town and can stay home for days if necessary. I have the emergency generator ready to go. But, it is nice to have the TT as a Plan B
