For those of you with one, is this probably an inexperienced user, a bad hitch-up situation or something you have seen? The man looked a little older, but he had some help.....
It's actually quite easy. All he needed to do was to adjust the tension bar jacks so that the hitch opening was at the same angle as his truck.
